The occupational behavior criteria set out by the Association is the required conduct expected by members of the Association. In practice, members adhere to the principles of "independence, objectiveness, and fairness" and respect their peers by competing together on a fair basis. Members provide professional services in line with the requirements entrusted to them by their clients. Members will use scientific methods, professional knowledge and their abundant experience during the consulting process and will not provide any false, prejudiced, misleading or incomplete results to the client.
Members will respect the intellectual property rights and interests of others and will maintain any confidentiality asked of them by their clients. Members will not undertake any business beyond their own business scope or capacity and will not make any unreasonable commitments or guarantees to their clients.
